The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among involvement, identification, loyalty and sense of community in professional baseball. Especially this study was to analyze based on the demographic characteristics of spectators. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, totalling 210 spectators who attend professional baseball were surveyed. Data were collected by using purposive sampling method. In data analysis, CFA(confirmatory factor analysis), convergent validity, discriminate validity and composite reliability were performed to confirm the validity and reliability of the scale through LISREL 8.50 and T-test, ANOVA to test the difference based on the characteristics of professional sports spectators through SPSS 18.0. Research model and hypothesis testing were conducted by using SEM(structural equation modeling) through LISREL 8.50. The result were as follows; First, involvement, identification, loyalty and sense of community had a difference in accordance with the demographic variables. Particularly, there was main difference in accordance with frequency of viewing. Second, involvement had significantly effect on identification and identification had significantly effect on loyalty, however relationship between team(identification, loyalty) and sense of community had not effect on sense of community. Consequently this study confirmed the role of professional sports team in community and public relations programs are very important role for building sense of community.
