The purpose of the study was to suggest grounds to develop fall programs by making a close inquiry into an effect and contribution of diverse variables related to fall of the aged on fall, making analysis and quantification of causal relations and interaction among each variable and suggesting a contribution model of fall related variable. A lot of researches on fall related risk factors are already performed. As a risk factor related to fall, the study selected gait ability, muscular strength, balance and reaction time deeply related to fitness factors out of contents that Brown (1999) suggested by synthesizing preceding researches and carried out senior fitness test (Rikli & Jones, 2001). The results were as follows: Step length and gait velocity of gait function had significant differences, but cadence didn`t have significant differences. Hip flexor strength, muscular endurance and hip extensor strength in muscular function had differences in the fall group and the non-fall group. Reaction time and flexibility had significant differences statistically, but 2min gait didn`t have significant differences. Regression estimation equation of contribution to fall related risk factors was Fall= 3.420-0.182*step length-0.094*cadence+12.486*gait velocity-0.539*one leg standing+0.3*TUG +0.2*TGT+0.117*sit to stand-0.017*extensor strength-0.008*flexor strength-0.063*extensor endurance+0.012*flexor endurance-0.008*2min gait+4.919*reaction time+0.115*flexibility
