To study the changes in the antioxidant enzyme, lipid peroxide and aerobic exercise performance, 15 college students who exercise regularly five times a week were selected and divided into three groups. Each group chose 5 students at random. They were given vitamin A, C and E medication, and also performed treadmill exercise with 70% O2max for twelve weeks. Then they were measured for SOD, MDA and aerobic exercise performance. The results of the study are as follows. First, the active rate changes of SOD before and after exercise due to the duration of vitamin medication showed a noticeable difference in each group. The test showed the SOD active rate tends to get higher. (p<.001) Second, there was not a remarkable difference in MDA density change by the types of vitamin medication, but the test showed a considerable difference in the MDA density changes by the duration of medication after aerobic exercise. MDA density tends to get lower(p<. 05, p<.001). In conclusion, lack of vitamin experienced symptoms such as anorexia, headache, asomnia, constipation, aprosexia. Therefore it has suggested that lack of vitamin excessively would be problem in daily life. Considering these results, by taking vitamin mixed supplement, it may improve sulfation enzyme to protect sulfation activity. It may be a positive influence for the recovery ability of athletes and general person who exercise regularly.
