The purpose of this study was to identify differences in institutionalization of Management performance Evaluation System of the Quasi Public Sports Organizations. Two public enterprises including Korea Sports Council and Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation were selected to survey. The subjects for this study consisted of 200 staffs who are engaging in two sport organizations. 200 questionnaires were distributed and collected by mail. An envelope with return postage and address was enclosed together with the questionnaires. A total of 150 questionnaires were returned. Of them, five copies of the questionnaires were unusable, which left 145 for data analysis. A descriptive analysis and t-tests were used to analyze the data collected for this study. The results of this study showed that there were statistically significant differences between Korea Sports Council and Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation on the variables such as outcome relating to incentive and recognition of performance evaluation system, but no statistically significant differences between two organizations on the availability of incentive system, outcome relating to incentive, trust of outcome, and attainable performance relating to evaluation criteria.
