The main purpose of this thesis is to examine closely the type of sports leader`s transformational and transactional leadership and relation to player`s perceptivity. So I made up a question for the Korea national team in the T`aenung training and players at the Korea physical military unit in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. The collected 433 question paper was intended to determine synthetically the type of a sports leader`s leadership and its relationship to a player`s perceptivity, the effect on player`s perceptivity according to the type of sports leader`s transformational and transaction leadership and the difference between the two. The results of the study are as follows: First, charisma, consideration, intellectual stimulus and motive induction type, which are sub-variables of sports leader`s transformational leadership, are related to the relation with teacher, degree of training immersion, leader`s efficiency, and satisfaction of the external and internal player life. The second, I put sub-factors about transformational and transactional leadership into sub-factors of player`s perception degree to see whether transactional leadership is more closely related to the player`s perception degree than transactional leadership. The result shows that sports leader`s transformational leadership is more closely related to player`s perception degree than transactional leadership.
