The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of business incubator’s (BI) operating system on firm’s corporate performance. The purpose of this study to empirical identify the influence on the performance of business. For the study, the data were gathered from the establish of business in Seoul, Gyunggi, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju province through the questionnaires. Research hypothesis were examined based on the gathered data. the data for this research was collected for 238 businesses utilizing the sampling method after analysis of the data in terms of ML(maximum Likelihood) procedure in AMOS 17.0 was used and the major results are summarized as follows; First, it was found that BI’s operating goals and policies had statistically significant influence on the knowledge capabilities of BI managers. Second, BI’s operating goals and policies did not have statistically significant influence on the level of firm’s performance.

Third, it was shown that BI’s operating goals and policies had significant influence on the level of supporting system.
Fourth, manager’s knowledge capabilities had an impact on the level of BI’s supporting system.
This implies that BI policies must focus on manager’s knowledge capabilities and quality of support system in order to improve the quality of firm’s corporate management.
