The present study purposed to examine demonstratively the effects of the organizational effectiveness pro-baseball teams front office on organizational Climate and to suggest methods of efficient human resource management and plans to improve organizational effectiveness pro-baseball teams front office. For this purpose, we mailed questionnaires to be answered in the self-administration method to the pro-baseball teams front office in Korea. The recovered questionnaires were computerized and inappropriately answered ones were recorded by case. Out of 120 questionnaires distributed, 117 were recovered and, with removing questionnaires considered to be replied insincerely as containing unanswered questions, uniform answers or repetitive answers, we used 112 questionnaires in final analysis. Hypotheses were tested through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained through this process are summarized as follows. First, the leader characteristic of organizational atmosphere appeared to have a significant effect on job satisfaction (p<.05) but not job characteristic, colleague relation and organizational characteristic. Second, the organizational characteristic of organizational atmosphere appeared to have a significant effect on organizational commitment (p<.001) but not on job characteristic, leader characteristic and colleague relation. Third, the job characteristic of organizational atmosphere appeared to have a significant effect on job performance (p<.01) but not on leader characteristic, colleague relation and organizational characteristic. The results presented above suggest that the organizational Climate of pro-baseball teams front office have significant effects on their organizational effectiveness.
