This study was able to reach the following results after analyzing and comparing the control group and the experimental group applying the 16-week reinforced exercise program for middle school girls who grow rapidly. The effect of the 16-week reinforced exercise program on physical fitness was significantly higher that of the control group in terms of speed(50 m running) and muscular endurance(fixed arm hang). For the 8-week and 16-week program, the experimental group showed higher. In the pre-test, muscular strength(sit-up), explosive(standing long jump), flexibility(bending forward), endurance(long distance race), there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. However, in the 8-week and the 16-week program, there was a significant difference.
The effect of the 16-week physical fitness exercise, according to the period of exercise, was significantly higher than of the pre-test group and the 8-week group. For the endurance(long distance race), the pre-test group was significantly slower than that of the 8-week and the 16-week group. For speed(50 m running), muschlar endurance(flexed arm hang), muscular strength(sit-up), flexibility(bending forard), the 8-week program group was higher than that of the pre-test group and the 16-week program group was higher than that of the 8-week program group. In other words, it is shown that the longer the period of exercise, the higher the improvement of physical fitness. Therefore, regular and continued participation of the exercise is believed to be effective for the improvement of thy physical fitness.
