Photovoltaic power continues to evolve based on its several advantages. In this study, for the solar power generation facilities located in Chungju area, we collected the current state of solar power generation data of each facility considering to solar radiation, to investigate power generation efficiency. The solar radiation meter obtained insolation data, and the data were compared and we analyzed the efficiency of the photovoltaic power panels. And we also introduce a thermal imaging camera for maintenance of photovoltaic panels, as a research method. As a result, the power generation efficiency in winter season was much bigger than that in summer season and monthly power generation amounts showed good efficiency which was better than efficiency data from panel makers.
