IACF(Industry-Academy Cooperation Foundation) in university have a heterogeneous DBMS’s problem. To solve this problem, many universities promoting the SI, but new developments are on hold because of success and cost issues. In this paper, we propose a synchronization method utilizing an existing system. Synchronization is to connect ERP and R&D system operating in IACF currently. Synchronization is a further development of short development period is less than the SI development. The biggest advantage is that it can produce the same effect at a fraction of the cost. In this study, previous studies utilizing the existing system to select the new development to address the dual problems of heterogeneous DBMS analyzed by comparing the synchronized case studies. SI development approach and synchronize business processes and systems separated and compared with the effects of the proposed synchronization scheme.
