An exercise with a combination of speed in table tennis and various rhythmic movements in tennis, badminton is being widespread since it is abundant in recreational elements. So each local government is continuously trying to establish indoor badminton yards to use in all seasons. However, most of the existing badminton yards were built with lightweight panels, which are reflective materials, causing acoustic defects with longer reverberation. While lots of efforts to improve acoustic performance through acoustic simulation are made to solve this problem, assessment of subjective acoustic performance felt by people after the improvement is excluded from the efforts. From this point of view, this study aimed to use the technique of auralization to determine the changes of subjective responses felt by people on the basis of the data about physical acoustic performance analyzed by the previous research in large indoor badminton yards in Iksan.
