The aim of this study is to evaluate the energy consumption and Life Cycle Cost of modular system by estimating construction cost and energy load for heating and coooling of simulation model. The results can be summarized as follows: Construction cost of modular system more than one of reinforced concrete construction system by 1.7%. Energy load for cooling and heating in modular model is less than one of existing construction model by each for 12.27%, and 19.65%. Also Annual Electricity Consumption for HVAC system in modular house shows 38.85% of reduced consumption than existing construction model. Therefore, the Life Cycle Cost of modular system is better than one of reinforced concrete construction.
