Textile Complex in Daegu is a cultural complex that involves the textile industry, marketing, culture, and business and aims to create a cultural space for textile fashion and establish a hub of textile business. Here, the multi-purpose hall, which is under construction, aims to be used as a lecture hall or as a fashion show theater but is expected to have lots of acoustic defects by the previous research since it failed to go through complete acoustic examination at the stage of design. So both the client and the constructor are drawing up an acoustic plan to remove acoustic defects detected by the previous research and to establish a fashion show theater with the optimal acoustic performance. From this perspective, this study intends to suggest a fashion show theater with the optimal acoustic performance by changing finished materials and some interior elements on the basis of the data from the previous research concerning acoustic performance. The data from this study are expected to be useful in constructing a similar theater.
