The aim of this study is to analyze of differences between initial performance of ventilation equipment and improved ventilation equipment after replacement through Mock-up test. The results of this study are as follows : 1) result of endoscope camera measurement, “A” type of ventilation is in good condition except kitchen and “B” type of ventilation is in good condition after cleaning up. 2) Both “A” and “B” type of ventilation are found out that concentration of bacterial aerosol was reduced as time goes by. Particularly, The degree of contamination of B type was reduced after cleaning and replacement. This study found out the importance of damper and maintenance of ventilaion equipment by measurement.
