This paper describes the new thermal storage system using phase change materials(PCM) for cooling and heating. This new thermal storage system for thermal energy storage of cooling and heating that use two types of phase change material is an effective way of storing thermal energy and has the advantages of high-energy storage density of the storage process. One of the key technologies of the new thermal system is the storage tank development. The development of new thermal storage tank is thermal storage at cooling temperatures(0℃~10℃) and at heating temperature(60℃~70℃). And specification of thermal store density is 25 kWh/m³ at cooling and 15 kWh/m³ at heating. In addition, the phase change materials(PCM) pack should have reliability over 1200 cycle.
