This study investigated daily life experiences and the quality of life in employees’ participation in physical activity. To indicate daily life experiences, the amount of time spent across 5 location contexts(home, workplace, public place, gym, transfer), 4 daily activity contexts(work, physical activity, nonphysical activity, maintenance) and 5 interpersonal contexts(alone, family, colleague, friend, other) were measured to indicate how daily living is being affected by different states levels of happiness and worry across those daily activities and interpersonal contexts were measured using Experience Sampling Method(ESM). A sample of 53 employees’(29 men and 24 women) reported their daily life experiences three times a day for 7 days. They provided 986 self-reports. The statistical methods used for the data analyses were descriptive statistics, X<SUP>2</SUP> verification and two-way ANOVA. The major findings are as follows: First, the employee spend a quite substantial portion of their time at workplace, and they spent more time alone than with their family members or friends Second, PA group experienced higher positive emotion and lower negative emotion across location, daily activity and interpersonal contexts compared to non-PA group. Finally, non-PA group is influenced by location, daily activity and interpersonal contexts than PA group. The findings were discussed in the stability of emotion across daily life contexts of employees’ participation in physical activity. In conclusion, Employees’ participation in physical activity has found positive experiences in daily life.
