Fabless supply chain management has been a core component of competitive strategy to enhance organizational productivity and profitability in nonintegrated Semiconductor industry. This paper develops an effective evaluation model to assess the packaging house and proposes a method to prioritize the different criteria and performance metrics in fabless supply chain using BSC-AHP methodology.
Performance measurement and metrics have an important role to play in setting objectives, evaluating performance, and determining future actions. Using the current literature and the results of an empirical study of selected packaging house companies, we suggested performance metrics presented herein, it would stimulate more interest in fabless supply chain. The evaluation model developed in this paper also provides a useful guidance for the practical managers in performance measurement of packaging house.
