Amateur football players who are the backbone for professional football and professional football players as well experience unfair and unreasonable relation while they try to build the relationship in the various fields for their sport life. When they face the difficult reality, they are eager for professional help and try to figure out the difficulty by creating relations with football agent. At this point in time, it is considered that Phenomenological approach is suitable to understand a nature and meaning of experience from the relationship between football player and agent inherent in their language, belief, culture and social custom. The purpose of the study is to understand a motive, nature, and meaning of experience for the relationship between football player and agent. To accomplish the purpose of the study, 6 professional players belonging to ‘S’ agency are subjected. To collect data, first interview is conducted from 1st of December 2011 to 28th of February for 4 months and second interview is conducted from 15th of March 2012 to 25th of April 2012 for 1 month. Except for participants who play for foreign club, each participant had 3 interviews and interview is conducted for 1 hour to 1 and half hour for each time. Additional interview is conducted throughout mobile if it is needed. As a result, 3 subjects with 13 sub-subjects are elicited and details are as follow. First, the subject of ‘being alone as football player’ consists of 4 sub-subjects, ‘conventions that have to follow’, ‘insufficient communication’, ‘need an advisor’, and ‘need help.’ Second, the subject of ‘meeting with agent’ consists of 4 sub-subjects, ‘from person knowing for a long time’, ‘through parents’, ‘from acquaintance’ , and ‘from teammate.’ Third, the subject of ‘caring by agent’ consists of 5 sub-subjects, ‘role as a trouble solver’, ‘helping for financial burden’, ‘publicizing player’, ‘enhancing the performance’, and ‘providing worthy advise.’
