The purpose of this study is to find out coping plans to women soccer players’ stressors. To achieve the purpose, we investigated 375 women soccer players who entered women’s spring soccer championship which held in K city. As measuring tools, we used soccer players’ sports stress which developed by Yoon Yeong Kil(1999), and sports coping scales of Korean athletes which developed by Yoo Jin and Park Seong Joon(1998). We did correlation analysis to get validity and reliability of above measuring tools, and to find out the relationship between sub factors of two scales. Also we did multiple regression analysis to analyze the predictive ability of each sub factors. After the research, we draw a conclusion as follows. First, there was a difference between a group that had a high stress level and the other group that had a low level on problem-focused coping and avoidance-focused coping. Second, there was a significant correlation between stress sub factors and coping plan sub factors. Third, after we investigated the effect and the predictive ability of stress sub factors on coping plan sub factors, we have come to a conclusion as follows. 1) The factors which an effect on avoidance factor were improper behaviors of senior players and dissatisfaction with a player’s skills; and the explanation ability was 10%. 2) The factor which influenced a player’s calmness was personal time limit factor; and the explanation ability was 2.5%. 3) The factor which had an effect problem-focused factor were improper behaviors of senior players and dissatisfaction with a player’s skills; and the explanation ability was 27.5%. The factors which influenced on emotional-focused coping factor were improper behaviors of senior players and dissatisfaction with a player’s skills; and the explanation ability was 3.5%.
