Supply Administration announced to apply the BIM expansion to the whole construction project of 2016. But currently the domestic delivery method of construction project is the BIM application is difficult. Currently delivery method is have a various problem (ex. Discontinuity, Legal system"s limit etc.). This problem is possible to solution at IPD. The other advanced countries is use IPD. IPD is the method that perform the construction project comprising one organization and one purpose. But there is no IPD application case and data in the domestic. Therefore need to development of IPD guide for BIM activation. This study purpose is basic study for development of IPD guide. Therefore, through analysis to the traditional delivery method"s problem and the other advanced countries IPD guide utilize for the domestic IPD guide development basic reference.
