이 연구는 초등교원의 여가활동 참여유형이 교사효능감과 교직만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 경기도 초등교원 778명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 Windows용 SPSS V.18.0의 하위프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 초등교원의 여가활동의 차이는 성별(사교활동, 야외활동, 스포츠활동, 문화활동, 대중매체활동), 결혼유무(사교활동), 연령(사교활동, 야외활동), 교육경력(사교활동, 개인취미활동), 수입(문화활동) 집단 간에 각각 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 초등교원의 교사효능감의 차이는 성별(자신감, 자기조절 효능감, 과제난이도 선호), 결혼유무(자기조절 효능감), 연령(자기조절효능감), 직위(자신감, 자기조절 효능감), 수입(자기조절 효능감) 집단 간에 각각 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 초등교원의 교직만족도 차이는 성별(인간관계, 전문성 신장, 행정체계), 연령(인간관계, 전문성 신장, 행정체계, 인정지위), 직위(인간관계, 행정체계, 인정지위), 교육경력(인간관계, 보상체계, 전문성 신장, 행정체계), 교육경력(인간관계, 보상체계, 전문성신장, 행정체계, 인정지위) 집단 간에 각각 유의한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 초등교원의 여가활동이 교사효능감과 교직만족도에 미치는 영향은 야외활동과 스포츠활동이 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사교활동과 스포츠활동은 과제난이도 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 초등교원의 교사효능감과 교직만족도의 하위 변인들 간의 상관관계는 자신감은 전문성신장과 자기조절 효능감은 인간관계, 전문성신장, 행정체계, 인정지위와, 과제난이도 선호는 인간관계, 전문성신장, 인정지위에 정적으로 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure sports activity participation type, teacher efficacy and teaching satisfaction in elementary teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers serving in elementary school of Kyung-gi Province in 2011. Using random sampling, 778 elementary teachers were asked to respond the survey. To analyze the data collected with questionnaire, SPSS 18.0 program was used for t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression and correlation. The results from this study are as follow : Firstly, leisure activity, teacher`s efficacy and teacher`s satisfaction appeared to vary depending on the teacher`s characteristics. Especially, there was a difference in the class of position, sex, major and desired position Secondly, teacher`s leisure activity was shown to have an impact on teacher`s efficacy and teacher`s satisfaction. In analyzing the effect relationship between teacher`s leisure activity and teacher`s efficacy, a higher degree of social intercourse and sport activity appeared to have a more effect on the preference for task difficulty. And in analyzing the effect relationship between teacher`s leisure activity and teacher`s satisfaction, the lower the social intercourse was and the higher the mass media activity was, the higher the job satisfaction was shown to be, and the higher the personal hobby activity was, the higher the reward system satisfaction appeared to be. And the higher the social intercourse and personal hobby activity were, the higher the professionalism expansion satisfaction appeared to be Thirdly, teacher`s efficacy and teacher`s satisfaction appeared to have a static relationship. The correlation between teacher`s efficacy, an independent variable, and teacher`s satisfaction has a substantially high correlation with self-confidence, professionalism expansion, self-regulated efficacy, interpersonal relations, administrative system ``professionalism expansion`` and recognized position. And the perference for task difficulty was shown to have a high correlation with interpersonal relations, professionalism expansion and recognized position, meaning that teacher`s efficacy and job satisfaction were shown to have a high correlation.
