The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfactions of parents of student with intellectual disability and volunteers for exercise program. For this study, 25 parents (dance program : 13, APA program :12) and 25 volunteers were participated and they completed self-report questionnaire for exercise program satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one sample t-test and independent t-test. Parents presented higher scores in teacher`s satisfaction, program satisfaction, change of student satisfaction, and facilities satisfaction than those of volunteers. There were significant differences between adapted physical activity program and dance program between parents and volunteers.
