This study is aimed at objectively clarifying the impact of Line Dance club members` participation on behaviors to improve health and psychological happiness, targeting 285 middle-aged women. Most of these women are members of clubs operated by instructors teaching Line Dance at Korea Line Dance Association. The factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to analyze collected data using the Windows SPSS 15.0 Version. The following conclusion was produced through above-mentioned methods and procedures. First, the analysis of effects of Line Dance club members` participation on behaviors to improve health showed that their participation career affected their responsibility for health, their nutrition and their interpersonal relations and their participation frequency affected their self-realization and their inter-personal relations. Second, the analysis of effects of Line Dance club members` participation on their psychological happiness showed that their participation frequency affected their commitment and pleasure and their participation time affected their commitment only. Third, the analysis of correlation between Line Dance club members` behaviors to improve health and their psychological happiness showed that there was static correlation between them. Fourth, the analysis of effects of Line Dance club members` behaviors to improve their health showed that their behaviors had significant effects on their sense of confidence, commitment, pleasure and self-realization.
