In recent online shopping malls, there are studies about recommending products using the information of visited customers and purchasing information. However these services have disadvantages, because there is a limit to the user"s space and time. This study is trying to improve the critical point of location tracking and moving line analysis by using converged tags, which utilize offline shopping mall"s real-time location tracking technology, USB memory, and RF. Also, location tracking with Reference Tags increases the accuracy, reliability, and improved algorithms on the limit of error rates due to obstacle interference, and suggests an intelligent preference product system for real-time interactive services. It can also be used to manage offline shopping mall customer profiles using the location trace engine module.
