Industrial flow control valves were installed to change the propellant flow rate in the combustion test facility for the gas generator of a 7 tonf class liquid rocket engine. And then their operating characteristics were investigated through cold flow tests. Two combustion tests were conducted in such a way that 3 operating conditions were covered in one ignition firing, and cyclogram was set to ensure 10 seconds steady state period for each condition. From two tests, it shows the possibility of combustion test for multiple operating conditions although there are a few things to be improved.
