In this paper I argue that there is an anti-faithfulness constraint on the truncation and the augmentation in Lardil. I define an anti-faithfulness constraint as the logical negation of the faithfulness constraint. The original input-output relation is extended into the output-output correspondence among morphologically related forms, which is called as transderivational faithfulness at the truncation. In the same vein we accept the output-output anti-faithfulness constraint, which is antithetical to the output-output faithfulness constraint. In addition, I propose base-derivative relation should be extended into the isolation form of the stem at the inflectional paradigm. To analyze the truncation and augmentation in Lardil, I propose a fixed constraint ranking schema with anti-faithfulness constraint, that is, BIMORAIC CONSTRAINT, CODACON, ANCHOR-R (Stem, R, Syllable, R) >> ￢MAX, ￢DEP >> MAX, DEP. Supporting with this ranking schema, I could provide a feasible account of a long standing problem of the truncation and the augmentation in Lardil.
