This paper proposes Low Drop-Out(LDO) Regulator with first-stage error amplifier used gain boosting in order to reduce the area while maintaining the characteristics of Line & Load Regulation and removed external capacitor in order to reduce the area. Also, Over-current protection circuit is included. The over-current protection circuit widen the range of motion for the output current and improves the stability and reliability for IC through protection circuit to prevent the flow of over-current. Over-current protection circuit reduces power dissipation and provides a stable output voltage
