The Engine Mounting is the system to connect P/trian which happens the vibration at the frame. A main performance insoluates with the vibration and control to the behavior of P/Train. And, the system is examined to the main design parameter which infulence NVH and R&H of the vehicle. We need the DATA review about mount’s location and characteristic through an optimization method from a vehicle development for the first time. But, because the engine mount is composed of a rubber which has a non-linear characteristic, the error about it’s performance happens. The case which is apply for the result of a system optimization is rare To solve an upside problem, this paper is suggested to method of total optimization intergrated system analysis and the process about rubber characteristic pridection though finite element method. As, applied for the intergrated optimization process, we exapnd the design parameter in mount’s characteristic to mount’s shape and material. Thus, including mount’s shape and material at the optimization process’s boundary condition, we could minimize the error which happened a mounts’s manufacture. And we can apply optimia solution for vehicle and mininize coast and period about development.
