In Urban regeneration projects which have the characteristics of several and various participating stake holders, various types of facilities are planned and constructed simultaneously. Thus, a program level management that pursues a mutually integrated and coordinated value, unlike the existing project management, is needed. However, a large amount of money and time, many conflicts among stake holders, and insufficient experiences make it difficult to manage the program effectively.
To overcome these issues, therefore, our research team developed the Intelligent Program Management Information System(i-PgMIS). The system integrates the essential functions in managing urban regeneration projects, such as conflict management, feasibility analysis, cost and schedule management, performance management, change and contract management, green VE/LCC, and so on. It is expected that the developed i-PgMIS will help public and private planners to implement urban regeneration projects more effectively.
