It is essential to analyze the previous trend in science and technology in order to explore research direction of science, technology innovation of future. In this study, we explored the past trend of science, technology and innovation policy during the last decade, 2000-2010. By using keyword network analysis, we investigated the relationship between keywords extracted from Research Policy which is the representative journal of science, technology policy field. We found that the following issues have risen newly in the past five years: Appropriability, Citation. Also, we could find that active progress is made in the research with these subjects: Biotechnology, University, Innovation, Intellectual property, National innovation system. This paper provides the information with policy makers for decision-making of the policy.
