This thesis examined the influential power and the intensity of the policy means of environmental regulations that influence environmental perception, and the relationship of the competitiveness of enterprises that influence the economic goal and strategic target outcomes. There are few empirical researches on verifications of the types of the environmental perception implementing environmental regulations influencing the business outcomes of enterprises. Accordingly, the necessity to conduct the empirical analysis on the perception and influential power of those regulated is raised for the environmental regulation means for the industrial sector to determine the environmental regulation policies. So this research classified the environmental regulation means of business units emitting pollutants into the influential power and intensity of environmental regulation means and the direct regulations limiting direct actions and the indirect regulations inducing the actions, and grasped the relationship between the types of environmental perception abiding by the environmental regulations and normative, social, and economic perception, and set up the control effects on the research hypothesis and emitting scale of influence that the environmental regulations have on the competitiveness and the financial outcomes set as the economic goal of enterprises and the non-financial outcomes set as strategic goal, and presents the results of the empirical analysis and the implications in deciding the future policies of the policymakers by using covariance structural analysis.
