The purpose of this study is firstly to explore the antecedent factors that influence tourists" continual usage intention to smartphone-based tourism information service, to examine the influences of the factors on the tourists" intention to use smartphone-based tourism information service continuously and finally, to provide theoretical and practical implications based on the results. As a result, it was found that all of smart-phone characteristics variables influenced on continual usage intention, especially, usefulness had a significant impact on continual usage intention. The theoretical and practical implications and the limitations were discussed.
