In this study, we survey how the Sericulture and Insect Experience Programs (hereafter SIEPs) are implemented in the field, develop new SIEPs, implement the programs, and check the feasibility of the program. We have developed a program in cooperation with the curriculum in order to overcome the limitations of the program limited to one-off experience and harvest. Even though the programs need to be complemented, the satisfaction of the participants are very high and they want to visit again. Thus, we expect that increasing number of agricultural organizations will adopt the programs and it will contribute the revenue increase of the organizations. The survey method of the study and the developed programs can be applied to similar business areas.
