It is thought that the log analysis method is more reliable than focus group discussion (FGD) or performance measurement under test environment because real usage behaviors can be understood by it. In this study, real usage behaviors on applications store service are identified. Log data that forty eight customers used the service are collected by smart phone application. As a result of the log data analysis, the usage frequencies according to menus or time are identified. In addition, differences between usage behaviors are figured out as the results of the log data analysis on the service are compared to those on Google play. The reason of the differences and the usage intention can be understood by focus group discussion (FGD) from members out of forty eight customers. The results will be utilized for UX advance of the service.
