This study identifies the relationship by each element of a unique culture which aerobic gymnastics national team has generated, and analyses it in terms of quality. This study also seeks to understand, their lives, cultures and identities through in-depth exploration, participation, observation and analysis of aerobic gymnastics national Team players’ particular sub-culture life. This study has used ethnographic research methods, the participants of the study are the seven national tearn players currently playing a game and the data have been collected through in-depth interviews, participation and observation. The results are as follows: First, the entry into the aerobic gymnastics world: to grow as a player. The study participants’ motivation to start the aerobic gymnastics is related with the advice of their parents or friends, their interest or college admission. Second, to view from the socio-cultural perspective of aerobic gymnastics national team player. There were the elements of a group culture, a religion culture, and an alienation culture. Third, to view from the socio-cultural perspective of aerobic gymnastics national team player. There were the elements of the lack of the infrastructure, the indifference of the sports organizations, the truth and the falsity of the title of the national player.
