The purpose of this study was to provide solutions to revitalize volunteering participation in adapted sport events through perceptions and social effects among college students. For this study, 9 college students were selected as research participants, and the data were collected by in-depth interviews, and the collected data were analyzed through ethnography research methods. Results indicated that our participants had barriers to participating in adapted sport events as volunteers because of a lack of knowledge of adapted sports and negative perceptions of acquaintances around our participants. Also, results indicated that our participants contributed to social inclusion by realizing a need of social inclusion for people with disabilities and acknowledging people with disabilities as a part of the society we live in. Finally, our participants suggested four solutions to revitalize volunteering participation of college students in adapted sport events, which includes providing an opportunity for self-improvement, appropriate reward, active advertisement, and systematical education and management for volunteers. Based on our results, it seems to be necessary to have more various and specific approaches to revitalize volunteering participation among college students through deeply and systematically analyzing their perceptions and attitudes.
