Summing up the theoretical arguments on the structure, principle and feature of religious organizations, we indicated that they were too idealistic or typological to apply to the concrete situation. So we have to develop the dynamic model including the concept of the intentionality beyond the fixed ideal types. This suggestion is stimulated from the insightful advices of Meredith McGuire, who insisted that there could be various intentional forces in the religious organizations; on the one hand, functions a centripetal one which would be maintaining the institutions and keeping the hierarchic order, but on the other hand, could be a centrifugal force which wanted to deconstruct the present system and seek to the sectarian confusion. From this viewpoint, we examined the structural systems of the Korean Catholicism to explain its organizational feature. And some establishments were enumerated sequentially from the Roman Curia, the Diocese and the Parish, to the various religious congregations. Then we made clear the fact that the duel principle of the territorial and the personal worked in it. Therefore, if one would like to foresee the future of the Korean Catholicism, he needs to inspect the merits and demerits of the Catholic organizational system.
