Leader’s function is very important in organization. Because, it is accoding to the success or failure of organization. Organization’s success or failure are the same of individual. Such as, National organization’s success or failure are at once the same of each people.
National and international situation has changed rapidly these days. The citizen’s needs is requested variety and it is necessary of the initiative in international situation, it came to the needs of new leadership. It was necessary of leadership for western style of development and a times for growth in old times, but It is necessary of leadership suitable in our spirits - leadership native to Korea - these times.
This study tried to find suitable leadership on the philosophy of Ha-gok studies in these times. The base of philosophy of Jeong Je-doo’s leadership is faithful to fundamental. And, his leadership contents are as follows : the leadership of Whang-geuk(皇極), the leadership of true mind-true politics(實心?實政), the leadership of caution oneself(愼獨), the leadership of adaptability by kyun-do(權道), the leadership of kind people(親民) and life people(生民), the leadership of tang-pyoung(蕩平), the leadership of communications(疏通), the leadership of renewly(日新), the leadership of a sense of shame(廉恥) and obligation(義理), the leadership of regard(配慮) and so on.
