Clay shooting started in UK in the 18th century has been come into wide use in earnest in order to promote images of sound sports and health lately. But, cases that shooting noises occurring from claying shooting infringe pleasant living environment of neighborhood residents have become a lot, so it becomes the target of strong civil complaints. However, in spite of these civil complaints, since there are not any study materials on characteristics and influences of shooting noises, a lot of difficulties are followed in solving noise disputes. In this viewpoint, based on measured data on shooting noises occurring in clay shooting ranges, this study tried to grasp transmission characteristics and influence ranges of shooting noises using computer simulation. It is considered that these data can be used as useful materials for establishing effective measures in case of occurrence of civil complaints related with shooting noises.
