In exploring, this paper regards whether they define of the comfort women as sex slaves or not, consider the comfort women’s issue as war crime or not, and see the Japanese Government has to take legal responsibility or not. Consequently, this paper found though JFBA and Japan VAWW-NET have made effort on constructing and spreading sex slaves, war crime and legal responsibility discourse, the Japanese Society has steered to selling sex, moral responsibility discourse made by the right wing’s groups of AWF and SDHF.
