The welfare of the elderly and the disabled has recently been becoming more important. For that reason, many facilities to accommodate them are being constructed in government and public offices. However, the facilities are usually just installed without providing information to the elderly and the disabled. So they are still faced with many difficulties due to insufficient information on these new facilities. In this paper, the facilities information system is implemented which provides information to the elderly and the disabled through web pages. The objective of this system is to provide visual information about facilities to the elderly and the disabled. This system uses web service technology for effective management of data. It is being offered in Incheon"s Nam-Gu Center. We also see a high level of system satisfaction via a survey.
