Based on System Linguistics research and terminology the paper aims at reduce the apparent and conflicting polysemy of the Russian Language element "по" towards few discrete parameters of time and space and find the reason for polysemy conflict.
Concepts of Sense and Meaning being delimited as a specific image of some specific object and the most abstract image meant only for creating said Sense respective, makes " по" semantics obviously consistent. Its parameters could be reduced to the following: a) the manifestation of something in a particular field, and b) with some definite limits, and c) irrespective whether the limits are reached, and g) applied to any number dimensions (1 to 4) object.
One should distinguish between the image of a real Referent of Statement, and the image of so-called "Hypothetical Referent" (my term) built basing on Meaning and Sense synthesis and referred to collocutor’s image of a real Referent. Hypothetical Referent should be analyzed as some kind of 4-D object. It includes “Worldline of Statement” (my term). It means that not only real parameters (such as duration or delimitation of action) should be taken into consideration but Semantics of “constructional” elements as well. Here above mentioned " по" parameters should be considered.
