This study is to improve education service contents by investigating how the student perceives the education service through the contents of College education service.
First, by factor analysis independent variable, education service performance level has led 4 factors, facility welfare, job counseling, administrative support, lecture content, lecture manner and manpower circulation, and dependant variable.
Second, the analysis result of difference between importance level and performance level education service shows that in every factor the performance level is lower than the importance level.
Third, according to the analysis result of importance level is high while performance level is low from scholarship factor and job counselling factor.
While prior studies related to education service of tourism are focusing on the education training of employees of tourism industry, this study is to give aid to improve education service of college by comparison analysis of curriculum.
