The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of counselling and management strategy for sport performance on professional golf candidate. For the purpose of this study, a single subject design was used to know the effects of counselling and management strategy for sport performance. The following results were identified for exploration in this study: Firstly, Psychological skills(anxiety, self-challenge, imagery control, self-confidence, attentional focus, and arousal control) were showed progressively improvement with introduction of counselling and management strategy for sport performance. Secondly, This study also reported that professional golf candidate’s scoring average, greens in regulation, putt per greens in regulation, scrambling, bounce back, and par break were improved progressively in his game as measured by comparison of pre-, during-, and post training period. Finally, Participant’s consciousness evaluation through questionnaire and interview was positive.
