This study aims at investigating what the coaches and boxers for each other in terms of interroles in the business boxing. Qualitative research method which included 8 personnels, boxers and coaches as the participants has been conducted for the inquiry.
The intensive analysis has shown that the coaches and the boxers were managing the teamwork without significant problems outwardly, however, they had the discordance and conflicts in interrole among them.
The team coaches expect that the boxers should observe the requirements such as training, taking part in the games, physique managements, injury managements, fulfillment of contract, and no activities in other institutions requirement.
The boxers consider that the team coaches should assess annual salary and bonus properly, conform to the term of contract, allot the appropriate workload and implement efficient coaching.
The areas of improvement to resolve the role conflicts between two parties could be suggested as follow; Improvement of living environment and coaching, image managements and physique managements, resonable assessment on the annual salary and bonus, secure of the players, and freedom of the boxers’ team choice.
