본 연구는 국가대표 소프트볼 투수와 야수선수들의 체력, 등속성 슬관절 180˚/sec의 신근력과 굴근력 및 근력비율 평가에 있어서 국가대표 선수의 슬관절 좌측과 우측을 비교 분석하고 국내 소프트볼 투수와 야수 체력 및 슬관절 평가 자료로 제시하는데 있다. 대한소프트볼(KSF) 등록된 국가대표 선수 총 16명으로 투수(n=6), 야수(m=10)와 오른쪽 정통파 언더드로우 투수를 선정하였으며, 체전굴은 투수가 우수한 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05), 반응시간, 지그재그 달리기는 야수선수들이 우수한 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 슬관절(우측) 180˚/sec 신근력에서 peak toque % weight, average power 투수와 야수에서 유의한 나타났다(p<.05). 슬관절(좌측) 180˚/sec 신근력은 peak toque % weight, average power, percentage of average power to body weight로 투수와 야수에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(각각 p<.05, p<.01). 굴근력은 average power, percentage of average power to body weight 투수와 야수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 따라서 슬관절 근력비율 비교는 180˚/sec(좌측)은 투수와 야수 유의한 차이가 나타냈다(p<.05). 결론적으로 국가대표 소프트볼 선수들은 시즌 후에도 체력 트레이닝을 실시하면서 기술적 훈련을 병행하고 각 선수들은 체력 관리 및 슬관절 최대근력과 근력비율의 데이터 선정이 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 차후 소프트볼 선수들의 연령별 분석 및 연구가 시행하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze left and right knee joints of South Korean national softball players through evaluation of extensors, flexors, and muscular ratio at 180˚/sec knee joints of national softball pitchers and fielders, and provide needed for evaluation of physical strength and knee joints in domestic softball pitchers and fielders. The subjects in this study were 16 South Korean national softball players registered with Korea Softball Federation (KSF) (6 right-handed underhand pitchers and 10 fielders). Pitchers are superior in standing& bending reach test (p<.05), and fielders are superior in reaction time and zigzag run test (p<.05). There was difference in peak toque % weight and average power of extensors at 180˚/sec right knee joint between pitchers and fielders (p<.05). There was difference in peak toque % weight, average power, and percentage of average power to body weight of extensors at 180˚/sec left knee joint between pitchers and fielders (p<.05, p<.01, respectively). There was difference in average power and percentage of average power to body weight of flexors between pitchers and fielders (p<.05). There was difference in muscular ratio at 180˚/sec knee joints between pitchers and fielders (p<.05). Therefore, national softball players should conduct post-season training in physical fitness and technique, and fitness management and data selection on isokinetic peak toque and muscular ratio of knee joints for each player are needed. For the future, analysis of softball players by age group will be conducted.
