In this study, women’s golf slacks patterns for an age group of after forties were collected and compared to conduct an evaluation of appearance and movement by trying clothes made for this research. The golf slacks patterns of 3 highly preferred brands were used which were selected through the preference test beforehand. For the items for testing fashionable aspect and movement adaptability, the previous researches were referred to, and 5-point likert scale was used for the evaluation. Ole-way ANOVA was carried out by SPSS 12.0 for window. The result shows that A brand scored the highest on the appearance tesl, and C brand the lowest. Also A brand displayed the highest score on the movement test, and the lowest score for C brand. There appeared the agreement between the appearanoe and movement tests. This result clearly indicates that the brand which highly satisfies the fitness also performs the best on the movement test.
