This study aims to examine the effects of waiting time in the golf course, caddie’s roles according to waiting information, and acceptance on customers’ revisit to improve intangible service of waiting time, one of hindering factors of attaining goals and meeting needs of customers visiting the golf course and provide information for improving golf course’s image and inducing revisit. A total of 350 questionnaires were analyzed and the following results were obtained.
First, the waiting time in the golf course did not have positive(+) effect on caddie’s role.
Second, waiting information had positive(+) effect on caddie’s roles. Third, caddie’s role had positive(+) effect on acceptance. Fourth, waiting time had negative(-) effect on acceptance. Fifth, waiting information had positive(+) effect on acceptance. Sixth, acceptance had negative(-) effect on revisit. Seventh, waiting time die not have negative(-) effect on revisit. Finally, waiting information had positive(+) effect on revisit.
When unexpected waiting time was compared with waiting time after providing waiting information, customers experiencing unexpected waiting time had more negative response and lower acceptance than customers providing waiting information. Caddie’s role in waiting information was important to increase customers’ acceptance. Customers with higher acceptance had higher intention to revisit.
