Overall supporting for the adolescent after-school activity has many meanings. It protects and supports the‘ left alone adolescent’. It promotes mental development and sociality of the youth. It resolves polarization of private education expenses and can make an increase of female human resources in socio economic field and decreasing of child care stress. In order to solve these matters, each ministry of the government has begun to find the overall assisting method to support efficiently for these. For this, the Ministry of Gender Equality Family takes part in the youth after-school academy. The Ministry of Health and Welfare takes part in the after-school project in community children center. The Ministry of Education takes part in the after-school programs within the school.
The discussion order to operate system for the supplying of bespoke service to help each individual is suggesting systematic and efficient after-school activity supporting projects in each ministry of the government. Integral examination has come into request. As a result, Act of the Youth After-School Activity Supporting (2011.11.18) was revised and it prepared to supply overall after-school service. And the medium and long term basic plan is in need of establishing. Now it is necessary that the model of the facility development to suggest the bespoke service for the request of user could be supplied with the basic data. For this, aim of after-school project, goal, procedure system, present project (operation model, procedure of operation, present user and present man-power ) are analyzed. These are operated in each ministry of the government. On this result, facility environment model could be suggested and this model could produced exact environment and maximum effect.
Facility Operating Model for the After-School Activity were divided into general type and integrated type. The general type is composed of leader’s room and the book-cafe lounge between two classrooms. The integrated type has a co-existed space plan which serves as a leader’s room and the book-cafe lounge in one place. It is a kind of form in which the youth could move to another place according to the program. These criteria of design suggest ondol-maru structure in order to provide the comfortable space like a home in which one takes off shoes. To make an additional remark, the space is always opened that leader could control. And the furniture would be suggested to use space reasonably rather than fixed partition.
