Morphing has been studied focusing on changing aerodynamic characteristics of an aircraft In the aerospace engineering field. It is one of the morphing which is using the variable span morphing wing to change wing span while flying. When wing span increases and changes the wing area, the aspect ratio and lift have increased and also the range and endurance increase due to the decrease of the induced drag. It means the increase of the entire lift force which acts on the wings as well as the bending moment which acts on the roots of the wings. Therefore, it requires the structure enduring the bending moment which acts on the wings. This study conducted the analysis of the changing aerodynamic characteristics of the morphing wings, using telescopic structure.
